• Zero Percent Rejection at Source
• Zero Nonconformance Documents

• The ratio of On-Time Deliveries to Purchase Order Schedule must be equal to or above 98%

• Responsive to RFP/cost requests/negotiations
• Submit supportable, factual, and accurate cost reports/data
• Responsive to cost containment initiatives with demonstrated ability to control costs
• Decreasing price trend over the life of the program Administration
  
• Prompt acknowledgments, reports, replies, and reaction/compliance with changes (ECPs, CCNs, ECNs, etc.)
• Award of program status
• Does not require management/technical assistance
• Intangibles (committed to program)
• Accurate invoicing
• Supplier shipment in accordance with AMMC’s transportation and shipping instructions
• Proper packaging of material
